SERVICES WE DO NOT PROVIDE

The safety of our cleaning professionals and your valuables is our top priority.

  • Our team members do not climb ladders with more than three steps.

  • We do not move or handle firearms. If firearms are present, they must be secured or placed in an area that will not be cleaned.

  • We do not move furniture or items weighing more than 25 lbs (11 kg). We clean around these items without moving them.

  • We do not clean electronic devices beyond light dusting.

  • We do not clean pet or human feces, urine, vomit, blood, or any biohazardous materials.

  • We do not clean the inside of china cabinets or display cases.

  • We do not hand wash dishes. If dishes are left in the sink, we will clean around the sink only.

  • We do not load or unload dishwashers.

  • We do not perform heavy wall cleaning.

  • We do not clean delicate or fragile chandeliers and light fixtures.

  • We do not wet-clean mini blinds or vertical blinds.

  • We do not organize cluttered surfaces.

  • We do not wash, fold, or handle laundry.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR HOME

Laine Cleaning & Services Group Corp kindly asks that you prepare your home before our team arrives.

Please remove general clutter such as papers, clothing, toys, and loose items. Our cleaning professionals do not clean underneath accumulated items and do not provide organizing services. We also do not wash or fold laundry.

Kitchen Sink & Dishes

Please ensure all dishes are removed from the sink prior to our arrival so the area can be properly cleaned. If dishes remain in the sink, we will only clean around it.

Dishwasher

If your home has a dishwasher, it should be emptied before our arrival to allow proper cleaning of the kitchen area.

Home Office

For confidentiality reasons, our team does not handle paperwork left on desks or work surfaces. Areas underneath papers will only be cleaned if the documents are organized and stacked.

CLEANING SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT

We bring all necessary cleaning products and equipment needed to clean your home.

We only ask that clients provide:

  • Paper towels

  • Standard kitchen trash bags

If you prefer specific cleaning products to be used, please inform us at the time of booking and leave them in a visible location.

If a client provides a vacuum cleaner or other equipment, Laine Cleaning & Services Group is not responsible for maintenance, malfunctions, or damage to those items.

24-HOUR CLEANING GUARANTEE

Because cleaning is a personal service, we understand that occasionally something may not meet your expectations.

Laine Cleaning & Services Group Corp offers a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any cleaned area, please contact us within 24 hours of your service at (772) 577-2680.

We will make every effort to schedule a return visit promptly to address the issue.

Please note: We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. Instead, we provide a complimentary touch-up within the 24-hour guarantee period.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Laine Cleaning & Services Group Corp reserves the right to take before-and-after photos and videos for quality control, training, and marketing purposes.

We never use images that reveal personal information or identify our clients.

SCHEDULING & ARRIVAL TIMES (ETA)

Deep Cleaning services are generally scheduled in the afternoon due to the additional time required.

Recurring Cleaning services may be scheduled:

  • Weekly

  • Bi-Weekly

  • Every Four Weeks

Appointments are available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Arrival Window

We operate with a 2-hour arrival window.

Example:

  • Scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM

  • Our team may arrive anytime within that window

Traffic conditions and previous service delays may occasionally affect arrival times. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We strive to send the same cleaning team for recurring services whenever possible. However, substitutions may occur due to vacations, illness, or operational needs.

LICENSED & INSURED

Laine Cleaning & Services Group Corp is fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida.

Our teams typically consist of 2 to 3 uniformed cleaning professionals, making identification easy and ensuring efficient service.

DAMAGE POLICY

Our cleaning professionals are trained to work carefully and respectfully in your home.

In the unlikely event that accidental damage occurs, the client will be notified immediately so an appropriate resolution can be discussed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Fragile items

  • Improperly installed items

  • Worn or deteriorated fixtures

  • Loose wall decorations

  • Aging blinds or similar household items

PET POLICY

We love pets and treat them with care and respect.

If a pet is aggressive or poses a safety concern, it must be secured in a crate, kennel, or separate room that will not be cleaned during the service.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The following services are available for an additional fee:

  • Interior Oven Cleaning

  • Interior Refrigerator Cleaning

  • Inside Empty Cabinets

  • Interior Window Cleaning (safe-access only)

  • Top of Kitchen Cabinets

  • Patio Cleaning (furniture, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling fans, outdoor kitchen areas)

  • Garage Cleaning (vacuuming or floor washing)

Outdoor areas require a prior evaluation.

Additional services must be requested in advance by calling (772) 577-2680.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • Less than 48 hours' notice: $60 – $90 fee

  • Less than 24 hours' notice or same-day cancellation: Up to 100% of the service cost

These fees also apply if service cannot be completed due to:

  • Lack of access to the property

  • Water service interruption

  • Power outage

Move-In / Move-Out Services

The property must be completely vacant and all utilities must be functioning at the time of service.

Pricing may be adjusted if the property's condition differs significantly from the information provided during booking.

PAYMENTS & TIPS

Payment is due on the day of service.

We accept:

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • Cash

Tips are never required but are always appreciated by our cleaning professionals.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

If your cleaning appointment falls on a holiday, please contact us to reschedule.

Observed holidays include:

  • Independence Day (July 4th)

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

  • Year-End Holiday Period (Late December through Early January)

  • New Year's Day
